Our movement classes are an hour of purposeful, functional training designed to meet your body where it is at each day. Classes focus on building strength, resilience, and awareness through intentional & controlled movement. The goal is to help you connect with your body by learning how to move well, adapt, and feel through each exercise. Expect a supportive environment where you can explore your current capacity, improve over time, and develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves and performs.

Multiple people exercising. A trainer is watching her client with yellow and orange hair do a lateral lunge. The rest of the participants are blurred and in the background.

Circuit Training is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines strength and cardio exercises performed in timed intervals across different stations.

This class is designed to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and overall work capacity by keeping you moving with purpose and intensity. Expect a mix of functional movements and minimal rest as we build strength, stamina, and resilience!

In simple terms: Strength + Cardio + Continuous Movement = Circuit Training

Functional Range Conditioning

Tuesdays: 4 PM

A Functional Range Conditioning class is a low impact, mobility-focused training session designed to improve joint health, flexibility, strength, and body control through the full range of motion.

An FRC class aims to increase usable mobility—not just passive flexibility. Instead of stretching muscles loosely, it trains the nervous system and connective tissues to actively control joints at their end ranges. *POTS and Hypermobile friendly class option!

In simple terms: Flexibility + Strength + Joint Control = Functional Range Conditioning

Functional Strength

Two people exercising

Functional Strength class is a low impact, mobility-focused strength training session designed to improve joint health, flexibility, strength, and body control through the full range of motion.

This class aims to increase usable strength, safety, and proprioception within your body. We will learn breath to movement activation as we try to feel through each movement! *POTS and Hypermobile friendly class option!
