Training Options

At The Do Better Studio, we offer both in-person sessions and online programming so you can find the support that works best for your lifestyle and goals. Whether you’re local or across the country, our approach is rooted in inclusivity, body-neutral coaching, and sustainable progress.

In-Person Sessions
Our private gym in Vancouver, Washington, is designed with care and intention. Unlike traditional gyms, The Do Better Studio is not membership-based—our doors are open only for you during your session with your trainer. This creates a safe, welcoming, and focused environment where you can move without comparison or pressure.

We emphasize feeling through movement instead of worrying about how it looks. By keeping our space client-centered, we’ve built a supportive community that is energetic, inclusive, and kind.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer in Vancouver, WA who understands chronic pain, hypermobility, POTS, or autoimmune conditions—and who prioritizes accessibility and adaptability—you’ll find a home here.

Online Programming
Distance, scheduling, or accessibility challenges shouldn’t stop you from taking ownership of your wellbeing. Our online personal training programs give you the same individualized support you’d receive in-person, delivered wherever you are.

Using the TrueCoach app, we design customized programs tailored to your needs and goals. Each exercise includes a demo video and clear verbal guidance so you can focus on how movement feels instead of how it looks. These aren’t cookie-cutter “sweat sessions”—they’re thoughtful programs that prioritize strength, mobility, posture, core, and functionality.

Online coaching is especially supportive for those navigating autoimmune dysfunction, chronic illness, or recovery journeys and enjoying moving from their own personal space with accountability and guidance.
