Morgan Ferguson (she, her) of Sacred Sol Wellness offers private Yoga and massage. “The first sacred space we encounter in life is our physical body and it is through the body and our senses that we experience and hold all of life. The trauma, the pain, the joy, the tension, the peace, our bodies have felt it all. My intention in my practice is to simply help bring awareness to one’s whole system, so that the client can begin to ground in their body, recognize their own energy, and move towards finding the healer within themselves.”

Intervention can and will prevent a lifetime of disease.”
