Brittany Kelly
I’ve battled with my health—physically and mentally—for most of my life. Along the way, I had to reshape my mindset around nutrition, rebuild my relationship with myself, and reframe how I viewed exercise. Ten certifications later, I can say that the struggle gave me purpose: to equip myself so I can better serve others and help them find a path that feels supportive, not isolating.
As a personal trainer in Vancouver, WA, I specialize in creating individualized, inclusive programs for people navigating hypermobility, POTS, autoimmune conditions, and chronic pain. My approach centers on how movement feels, not how it looks, and uses exercise as a tool to support both mental health and physical wellbeing. Together, we work to deconstruct fatphobia, push back against toxic gym culture, and build strength, mobility, and confidence in a way that honors your body’s needs.
The Do Better Studio is an LGBTQ+ safe space, welcoming people of all genders, backgrounds, and abilities. My passion is to create community where health is not about perfection, but about sustainable habits, self-compassion, and empowerment. If you’ve struggled with your health and want someone to walk alongside you, advocate for you, and celebrate every step of progress—you’re in the right place.
